GTStarter 2 is a Keyless Ignition electronic Push Button Start Security System using passive RFID (radio frequency identification) proximity technology and it comes complete with its own remote entry security alarm system.
This kit converts any vehicle to keyless ignition push button start. It controls automatic door lock/unlock features and trunk release or shaved door release. It includes a unique anti hijack engine shut off.
The system eliminates the need for an ignition key. Key FOB activation of trunk release or door poppers for shaved doors handles. Easily installs on any vehicle including 2011 model years. A Single Key FOB can be assigned to all of your vehicles that are equipped with a GTStarter2.
Four function keyless ignition button; Press once – accessories turn On, Press twice – ACC and ignition turns on, Press and Hold – start engine, press again - stop engine. ACC stays on until you walk away from your car.
Key FOB Handled Functions; Keyless RFID proximity sensor, remote door lock/unlock, enable or disable auto door lock/unlock, trunk release, car locating, anti-hijacking and more.
The KEYLESS IGNITION PUSH BUTTON START will work when you approach your car with the GTStarter2 key fob in your pocket or purse. The doors will auto unlock, enter your vehicle and push the Start/Stop button. When you reach your destination push the start/stop button and your car will turn off. Exit your car and proceed to walk away and the doors will automatically lock. No key is required. In addition accessories and/or Ignition ON can be individually turned ON and OFF with the simple press of the "Push Start Stop" button. Doors can be locked/unlocked and the trunk can be popped opened by pressing a button on the Keyless multi-function key FOB.

Vehicle Compatibility; any Car or Truck (Up to and including model yr 2011), Automatic or Manual Transmission, carbureted or Fuel Injection, gasoline or Diesel, vehicles equipped with or without a locking steering column, easily integrates with late model vehicles using a security key or Advanced CANbus/Multiplex security, vehicles equipped with power door locks, vehicles equipped with Power Trunk Release or Shaved Doors. If your vehicle is equipped with an anti theft security system, anti theft key, anti theft body module you will need a Security By-Pass module (sold separately) installed. These modules are readily available from most aftermarket car alarm retailers and installers.
