Rotora Street Challenge Big Brake Kit.

Rotora brake systems are made of forged billet aluminum alloy and CNC machined to ensure the very best quality.  This high performance brake system enables superior brake modulation and improves overall pedal feel to ensure equal distribution of weight transfer when braking.  The design delivers excellent initial bite, exceptioanl modulation and consistent pedal feel for street and track.  The system is ABS compatible and is a direct bolt on replacement with minimal modifications required.

Features; Forged billet aluminum calipers, forged billet 7075 aluminum hat with floating disc assembly to reduce heat related stress and unsprung weight, two piece heat treated directional vane disc system improves airflow/cooling under sever braking, ceramic flrumlated brake pads are designed for extreme street and track with high co-efficient or friction and high temperature fade resistance, DOT compliant stainless steel braided brake lines improves striffer pedal feel and prevents brake hose expansion, forged billet 7075 aluminum or carbon steel (S45C) mounting brackets are designed for maximum strenght and weight savings.

Rotora Big Brake Standard Components Per Axle:

A set of forged billet calipers, (red or metallic blue finish)

A set of 1 or 2 piece directional discs, heat-treated, zinc plated (slotted or drilled/slotted)

2 piece discs include a forged billet aluminum hat (6061-T6) with anti-rattle float drive hardware pre-mounted

A set of aluminum (7075-T6) or steel (S45C) caliper brackets with hardware depending on application

A set of H2 ceramic street brake pads (not suitable for track use)

A set of stainless steel brake braided brake lines (DOT approved) with hardware
