VOGTLAND Springs incorporate two clear-cut spring rates: an opening and concluding spring rate. These spring rates are precisely calibrated for each car application.  The balanced and interacting characteristics of these lowering springs are designed to provide balanced driving comfort and improved dynamic range.

VOGTLAND sport springs are fashioned using oil tempered high tensile strength chrome-silicon along with chrome silicon-vanadium alloys using a cold coiling process using sophisticated CNC controlled Wafios spring coiling machines.  The springs are tempered, shotpeened, phosphated, powder coated and preset to ensure consistent ride height and suspension travel.   

This practice ensures a quality enhanced spring that is lighter, durable, stronger and corrosion resistant.

The consequence of uniformly reducing the un-sprung weight of the vehicle optimizes the cars handling characteristics.
